Funk Piranha is made up of Boston-based musicians Jim Harper, Josh Cramoy, and Kevin Figueiredo (Extreme). They came together during the pandemic to write music that would lift the mood of anyone who hears it. Funk Piranha features an earth-shattering lineup of players that includes Rhonda Smith (Prince), Chris West (Shania Twain), Windy Wagner (Britney Spears, Glee), and Jimmy Wallace (Wallflowers), to name a few. Fusing pop, rock, funk, and a healthy dose of "feel good", Funk Piranha brings a unique sound to time when music you can get down to is sorely needed.
